Serving individuals, couples, and families
Life's struggles rarely exist in isolation. Anxiety, relationship conflict, emotional overwhelm, family stress, and life transitions often make more sense when viewed in the context of the relationships, experiences, beliefs, and patterns that shape us over time.
As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families by looking beyond symptoms to better understand what may be contributing to present challenges. My approach is relational, practical, and grounded in honest conversation, helping clients gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful change.
My work is informed by both clinical training and a Christian understanding of people, relationships, and personal growth. I believe every person has inherent value, every story matters, and that meaningful change often begins with a deeper understanding of ourselves, our relationships, and the patterns we carry into daily life.
If you are unsure whether counseling is the right fit, questions about the process are always welcome.
Financial limitations can also be a real barrier to care. Payment plans and Financial Need Requests are available on a limited basis. This is a private-pay practice and although insurance is not accepted, insurance superbills may be utilized for insurance reimbursement. Please contact us with questions about cost, insurance, or financial concerns and can also be discussed during the no-cost consultation.
